Why build a kitcar if you have the technical skills of a shrimp, two left hands and no experience at all in building a car. In fact I once tried to change a flat tire. It took me 3 days...

Why do you ask me? Because I want to build the damn thing by myself! I want to drive in my own 350HP Cosworth-powered Dax Rush! I think it will be the best way of gaining REAL ownership!

I bought several technical books concerning cars in general. Then I bought some tools and tried some 'simple' reparations on my own car (an Audi A4 Avant Tdi). Months passed, but my car still was in one part without any suspicious sounds. Then I decided to go for the BIG ONE!!! A kitcar! I decided to buy a Dax Rush IRS (independant rear suspension) with a Ford Cosworth 2.0 16v DOHC Turbo engine. Other kitcars were put on my 'short list' but a Westfield, Tiger (bite me!) or other kitcar didn't expect my needs: much power, top-class performance and a good feeling about the company behind the car.
